CleanLime LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise opting in to receive text messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from CleanLime LLC at the mobile number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use our services or make a purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and our promotional calendar. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of reasonable business hours (8 AM – 8 PM local time) unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive marketing messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

9. Content of Messages

Messages may include promotional offers, discounts, service updates, appointment reminders, industry news, and other marketing content related to our permanent LED lighting design, installation, and service for residential homes.

11. Limitation of Liability
